Returns & Exchanges

At Stella Swim, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new swimwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided that all hygiene liners and tags remain intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags and hygiene stickers into the original packaging to ensure the products are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
